This new restaurant is a few miles from Kirkby Lonsdale but so worth a short drive along the picturesque Lune Valley.

The décor is beautiful and tasteful with great attention to detail, including the lighting which we love!

To start we would highly recommend the Scotch Egg, which is packed full of flavour with the perfect runny middle.

To followed it’s a close call between the Steak Tagliata and The Wild Boar & Chorizo Burger! Full of flavour and beautifully presented.

The Lunesdale are also famous for their stone baked pizzas that are hard to beat! They’re not afraid to experiment with flavours and their bravery certainly pays off! Why not try the Goats Cheese with Caramelised Onion which we think is delish!

The Lunesdale have meticulously thought out their varied menu, which makes it almost impossible not to find a dish that will give your taste buds a real treat!

Your host is Andy and he runs a great restaurant that overflows with atmosphere. He has developed several bars/restaurants in the Kirkby area, all have been a huge success and his staff all follow him wherever he moves to! We think this says a lot.

If your visiting Absoluxe and fancy booking a table make sure you do it well in advance as tables get snapped up quickly, especially at weekends.
