Helpful information regarding your stay!

What’s for Breakfast?

Breakfast is served at the 5-star Sun Inn and Restaurant, which is a 2-minute walk from the suites. You will have the choice of a full English or continental breakfast. Ian and Jenny are your hosts, and we can promise you the best breakfast in town! Please note breakfast is included in the Standard package only.

Where can I Park?

We have individual parking permits for each suite. This allows you to park, for free, in several car parks around the village for the entirety of your stay. All of which are only a short walk away. For guests staying in the Orient suite, there is a parking space available directly next to the suite. The space is down a narrow alley way which is accessed at your own risk. If you would prefer to park in a car park off site, you are more than welcome.

What happens before I arrive?

Several days before your arrival, you will receive an email with your ‘check-in video’ this will show you how the self-check in system works, plus how to navigate your suite. Before your arrival we will also send you useful information regarding extra packages and things to do during your stay. On the morning of your stay we will text you the unique door entry code for your suite.

COVID information

We understand that the information regarding COVID19 is very important to your stay. You can find all the information at the link here.

Check in times

You can check into your suite between 3pm – 8pm. If we can give earlier access we will text you on the day of your arrival.
On the day that you leave us we request you vacate your suite by 11am so we can prepare the suite for the next guests.

When is Housekeeping?

Housekeeping is between the hours of 11am – 2pm. If you would prefer not to have your suite cleaned during your stay, you can let us know by sending us a quick text or call.

Where can I eat?

Kirkby has a number of beautiful restaurants, right on the doorstep or a short drive away. Check out the links below to find your favourite. We always suggest you book a table as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

Alternatively, you will find ‘Dine in’ items in your suite if you fancy curling up in front of the TV with a takeaway.

Do you do Gift Vouchers?

Yes indeed! Simply get in touch and we will get them straight out to you. Gift vouchers come in multiples of £50 that can be put towards a future stay with us. Please note gift vouchers are only valid through our website.

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you have to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival, the full stay will be charged, minus what we are able to re-coup through re-letting.
All cancellations must be sent in writing preferably by email but if by letter please send recorded delivery.
We will confirm with you once we have received the cancellation. We do not accept cancellations by phone.

COVID related cancellations

If we are required to close Absoluxe Suites by instruction from the Government you will be offered an alternative day for your stay or a refund of the monies you paid.
