Cancellation Policy

In the event that the Government place us in a further lock down your stay can either be deferred to a later date OR you can have a full refund. We will respond promptly.

Your Stay

Self Check-In – We have compiled a video that we will send to you before your arrival. Telling you all you need to know about your luxury stay in our boutique suites. From parking your car to enjoying the facilities in your suite. This method of check requires no face to face contact with a member of the Absoluxe team, however we are always at the end of the phone if you have any questions.

Staggered Check-in and Check-out times – Earlier check in and later check out times will be given. So you don’t need to meet any of your fellow guests. You will notified of your time via text message.

Dining Out/Dining In – We will provide you with up to date information on all the restaurants and takeaways in and around Kirkby Lonsdale that are open. We will also introduce the facility to have takeaways in your suite. For the latest takeaway options click here.

Hygiene – On average since we opened,  the cleaning of our suites has taken one hour and 15 minutes. This has now move up to in excess of 2 hours. We take this element of our business seriously.

Breakfast – Breakfast will be served at The Royal Hotel, a 30 second  walk from the suites. You will have the option of a cooked or continental breakfast. breakfast is included in all packages

Hot Tubs – The Oasis and Orient Suites have their own private terraces complete with hot tubs. Each hot tub is fully drained, cleaned and refilled between guests.

Hand Sanitiser – is available at the front door

Out & About – We ask all our guests to adhere to current government guidance. Please wear a face mask in shops, bars and restaurants and keep a respectful distance form others.
