Coronavirus and the steps being taken.

At Absoluxe we have always maintained the highest level of cleanliness. After the departure of each guest our suites are thoroughly deep cleaned. This is to keep our high standards of luxury and service. But also, to protect the health and well-being of our guests.

Across the hospitality and Tourism Industry, the effects of Coronavirus have been widespread. It is therefore advised that travel insurance is taken out for all forms of travel, national and international.

Here at Absoluxe we are now offering payment via deposit. We are happy to accept a 25% deposit to secure your suite. This way your booking is safe without having to pay the full amount upfront. In this uncertain climate, we understand that future guests are hesitant about putting down large sums of money at once. Deposits cannot be taken via our online booking system. In the event that the virus inhibits a guest from travelling and therefore missing their scheduled booking. Absoluxe will allow the booking to be transferred to an alternative date, free of charge.

To minimise contact with others throughout your stay, we now offer a convenient Self Check-in Service. with helpful video to welcome you to your suite, plus a direct line to a member of staff if you have any questions regarding your stay.
