Best of 2020

In a year that brought our business to a close on many occasions, we would like to focus on the many positives we celebrated throughout 2020. We hope that the new year sees many new and returning guests coming to experience Absoluxe Suites.

Our Busiest Month

2020 saw our busiest month to date in the height of Summer. As the restrictions lifted, we welcomed a record number of guests through Absoluxe’s door in August. Celebrating their newfound freedom in our glorious surroundings.

Most Read Blog

We like to keep all our guests up to date with what’s going on in the local area, plus loads of inspiration for your stay! Our most read blog for 2020 was ‘Rambling Routes around Kirkby Lonsdale’ with over 3000 readers. We hope we helped inspire your adventures!

Most Popular Suite

With 32% of all bookings made at Absoluxe this year ‘The Orient Suite’ has come out as the most popular suite! With its own private Hot Tub, Ultra-modern Bathroom and unique design, its easy to see why!

You can check out the suite here.

Social Media

It’s fantastic to see our online community growing, and we appreciate all the support we have received during this difficult year. We now have just under 4000 followers on all our social platforms, which grows by the day!

New Relationships

We are great supporters of local businesses and this past year has been no different. We have found some new incredible companies to partner with to help give our guests an extra special stay, such as afternoon tea from Alison Thompson Catering and bespoke birthday cakes from Frankie’s Bakery.

Best Customer Image

We Love seeing pictures from your stay and time in the suite.

Best Review

It was really hard to pick our favourite! But the best review of 2020 has to go to our lovely guests who stayed in the Parisian Suite in early July. This was just after we had reopened from the spring lockdown and it was fantastic to get such wonderful feedback.

Even though like so many we were forced to close for 5 months in 2020 there were still many positives we could take from the year. We wish all local businesses, especially those in hospitality a prosperous 2021!
